Roy Solomon is the President of The Impact Group. He has over 30 years experience in the management and ownership of large and small companies. He has professional certifications as both Business Transfer Specialist, and Financial Recasting Consultant. Prior to The Impact Group, Mr. Solomon was Director of Strategic & Business Planning for Nynex Mobile Communications (now Verizon). Mergers & Acquisitions was a key component of his responsibilities.
